Tissot Arbois DD 2022

Tissot is undeniably one of the great stars of the Jura making internationally acclaimed wines from a number of different grapes in Arbois in the Jura. These wines are not "easy" in the commercial sense of the word, but are all truly exceptional and rewarding to drink. This is a blend of Poussard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir that ferments and ages in 100 year old large foudre. It is incredibly pure and fresh, Tissot's hallmark. Crunchy red berries, lots of minerality and a good amount of structure.
