Fernando de Castilla Manzanilla Half Bottle

Fernando de Castilla Manzanilla Half Manzanilla is a Sherry produced in the seaside port of Sanlucar de Barrameda near Jerez with the seaside location said to impart a salty tang to the wine. It's slightly lighter than Fino sherry and  traditionally is served as an aperitif , to be had with tapas. Fernando de Castilla is one of our favourite sherry houses. The palate has lots of apple and citrus notes with an attack of savoury, nutty tang, and a hint of salty tang.
