Wine is made from 100% Kisi grape. Fermentation happens spontaneously with wild yeast and with no additives. It has full skin contact for 4 months and then aged for 6 months in a qvevri. The wine is rich amber in colour. On the nose, intense ripe stone fruits, apricots, peach and tropical fruit aromas. Full bodied, balanced tannins with and long finish
