Aptsiauri Saperavi 2020
Wine is made from 100% Saperavi grape. Fermentation happens spontaneously with wild yeast and with no additives. It has full skin contact for 2 months and then aged for 6 months in a qvevri. The wine is deep dark red in colour. On the nose, ripped fruits, blackberries, black plumb and prominent aromas of pomegranate. Full bodied, balanced tannins with earthy tones and long finish.
Honest wine made naturally in a qvevri without any additives or intervention.
