Yangarra Estate Blanc 2020

A really interesting rich Australian white from McClaren Vale. Grenache Blanc 62% , Roussanne 17% , Clairette 10% and a tiny bit of Picpoul make up this blend. The juice was fermented in 675 litres ceramic eggs and older French oak barriques. Like a Southern Rhone white in profile - quite rich and round with stonefruit flavours and a  waxy, lemon edge.
