Waterkloof's vinyards are biodynamic and low yieldingon the windswept slopes of Schapenberg in Stellenbosch, 4 kilometres from the sea. A steely, mineral style of Sauvignon Blanc from Stellenbosch, and a wonderful example of top class South African Sauvignon. Lots of fresh grassy flavours, with a stony core. Really refresing and delicious.
