Tissot Pinot Noir Confidentiel 2021

Pinot from  Sous La Tour vineyard  (limestone soil ) and En Barberon (clay soil) fermented with whole bunches for 4 weeks, then aged in barrel for 18 months.  This is a one off wine as the frost, hail and mildew reduced the yields in these two top vineyards. It is a fantastic Pinot Noir and a great chance to try the blend of these famous vineyards.
