This is the Tissot Macvin, made from Savagnin and Chardonnay juice blended with distilled Jura Marc aged for 2 years in barrel. A wonderful example of this Jura treasure with dried fruit aromas of apricots, raisins and figs, and sharper notes of quince and grapefruit to balance out the residual sugar.
