Despite its name, this Chardonnay Rose is in fact a white wine. Its name refers to the unique clone of the Chardonnay grape which has pink berries. Using selection massale encourages genetic diversity and once this mutation appeared, Stéphane began planting its shoots. The wine is from five of Tissot's most famous parcels where the clone thrived.
