Setteporte Etna Rosso 2022

A delicious Sicilian drop made from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio that are planted high on Mount Etna where the soil and long ripening periods give the wine characterful red fruit flavours but with a mineral quality too. The wine sees no oak ageing so is all about the pure fruit flavours. Lifted and floral with wild strawberries and beeswax on the nose. The palate is lively, with red berry fruit and a little dustiness on the finish. Region: Italy, Sicily Grape: 95% Nerello Mascalese 5% Nerello Cappucio 750ml
