Sadie Family Wines Palladius 2021

A blend of all eleven of Swartland's official white varieties, with old, bush-vine Chenin Blanc playing the principal role. Palladius includes vines planted from 1935 – 2014, and CheninBlanc, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Colombar, Palomino, Semillon, Roussanne, Verdelho, Clairette Blanche, and Viognier ( I think that is eleven!).The vines were planted from 1935 – 2014. It is aged in clay and concrete eggs before being finished in old foudres. Rich with pear, apple and spice.
