Sad Meli Kudurouli Tsolikouri Qvevri 2021

Kudurouli 50% - Tsolikouri 50%, very rare white grape variety in north-west Georgia.
Fermentation happens spontaneously in Qvevri with wild yeast and zero additives.
It has 30% skin contact three weeks and then aged for 6 month in Qvevri.
Light amber wine is medium bodied, elegant with high acidity and medium tannins.
Very refreshing and floral where you can find primary aromas of apple,pear,lemon and tropical fruit. 
Unfiltered Qvevri wine has great texture, high intensity and long finish.
