This cuvee was created in 2017 as the first Antoine’s Pinot Noir
interpretation. The philosophy is to offer a modern champagne, an Ambonnay
Pinot Noir with precision, a lot of freshness and elegance.
Very expressive wine with notes of red fruits, quite juicy. The finish is all in
freshness and salinity thanks to the chalk basement. Blocking malolactic
fermentation keeps flavors crisp and fresh. The texture is very fine with a
beautiful expression of Ambonnay Pinot Noir.
