The second edition of Not Yet Named Wine Co. brings a blend of 75% Sangiovese and 25% Grenache. 85% destemmed and foot-crushed. 15% whole bunch fermentation, co-fermented, tartaric acid addition, cornas yeast, basket press, 2019 French Oak barrels.
