Made in collaboration with Quinta de Soalheiro.

Old Vine Alvarinho, picked early to retain freshness, pressed as whole bunches, settled to 150-200 NTUs, fermented and aged in stainless steel and inoculated with juice from another wine mid-ferment, lightly clarified and lightly filtered.

Members have voted on every step of the winemaking process to craft this Alvarinho according to the process described above. This wine took a different direction of travel to Soul Hero at the blending stage, the wine matured in the Chestnut and French Oak barrels went into the members’ ‘Soul Hero’ and this is 100% aged in stainless steel, producing a fresher, leaner style Not Yet Named Wine Co.’s Edition #1
