Strong cherry red with fine, violet reflections at the edge, clear and strong color expression. A variety of aromas fill the air, from dark cherries, blackberries, wild strawberries to ethereal notes and herbs to forest soil and black pepper. The cassis tones bring a slight sweetness with them, which is rounded off by the sour coloring of the cherries. On the palate, wild strawberries and cherries dominate, followed by acidity and herbs. In particular, the slightly wooden and well-integrated style gives the wine strength and expression. All this is rounded off by the black pepper and some juniper.
