Louis Nicaise "Noir" Blanc de Noirs Brut

This Champagne is deeply toned and packed full of red fruit flavours of black cherry and raspberry with macadamia nut creaminess. 40% is reserve wine adding to the weight and nuttiness Deliciously The bubbles are just right, and the finish is long and bright. 

The estate is based in Hautvillers, which is famous for its Abbey and being the birthplace of Champagne. It is also an especially diverse corner of Champagne to the north of Epernay where the Montagne de Reims ends and the Vallee de la Marne begins. Laure and Clement represent the fourth generation to produce wine here.
