The estate is based in Hautvillers, which is famous for its Abbey and being the birthplace of Champagne. It is also an especially diverse corner of Champagne to the north of Epernay where the Montagne de Reims ends and the Vallee de la Marne begins. Laure and Clement represent the fourth generation to produce wine here.40% Chardonnay  30% Pinot Noir 30% Pinot Meunier 35% .Vintage 65% vin de reserve (from 2010 to 2015). Very classic and balanced - amazing fruit quality, and just a delicious, moreish Champagne.
