Equipo Navazos Manzanilla I Think Half Bottle

Equipo Navazos is effectively a sherry negociant - seeking out the best, oldest soleras from their favourite bodegas and bottling them. Unlike most sherries, these are all unfiltered. Manzanilla 'I think' is a tribute to Darwin and a 'real' manzanilla. Aged under flor for an average of 4 and a half years this is an intense characterful sherry. Limited production of only 5196 bottles. Jancis Robinson: ìThere is no hurry to drink this wine with an age of about four and a half years. Quite a deep copper colour. Deeper flavoured than commercial Manzanillas with real interest and concentration. A food wine with some chew on the end. It really is intellectual, and not expensive for what it is.
