Made from the rare grape Arcos, which is a grape particular to the Valencia region, where this red hails from. Arcos has a long ripening cycle, deep roots, and large bunches with thick skins. It is perfectly suited to the warm Mediterranean climate in this zone. The vineyard is also planted with almond and olive trees and herbs, and you really can sense the Mediterranean in the glass: floral and fresh with herbal and spicy notes, but with powerful brambly fruit flavours too. NIcely textured with fine tannins.
