Ivo Varbanov Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Ivo Varbanov are making fantastic wines from vineyards in the South Sakar region of Bulgaria. They believe this area has great potential and a unique terroir and that it should be up there with other European high quality wine regions. We tend to agree and have been really enjoying their wines. The Viognier is a classic stlye with all the stone fruit and deep flavour you would expect from this grape.
