Fernando Castilla Fino En Rama

This is a lovely sherry. Olives, crisps and peanuts will taste a million times better with this! Anyway - this is an En Rama sherry - effectively a fino that has been drawn directly from cask and bottled without any filtration or clarification. The result is a fuller flavoured, more alive version of the normal fino. Lots of intense nutty flavours with a great long lingering finish. En Rama means raw.
