An intimate Evening of Grower Champagne & Sushi 1st February

We are pleased to invite you to an elegant evening dedicated to the meeting of two exceptional crafts: grower Champagne and top-tier sushi.

On Sunday 1st February at 7.30pm, we will host an intimate tasting showcasing of nine different Champagnes from seven different growers from our portfolio. These Champagnes, produced by small, family-run estates, offer a distinctive expression of terroir, precision, and individuality rarely found beyond the region’s most respected growers.

Each Champagne will be paired with a refined Matsu sushi selection from our trusted partners. Matsu is the top tier of sushi within the ranking of sushi selections. It will be presented to complement and elevate the character of each wine, creating a seamless dialogue between glass and plate.
