This cuvee is a tribute to our estate origins. This chardonnay plot,
certainly the first in Ambonnay, was planted by Henri Coutier.
Our first single-vineyard cuvee, made from an unique soil, terroir, grapevariety and vintage.
Made with only Chardonnay from the vineyard of La Pierre Aux Larrons
this wine shows great minerality, perfectly balanced with the structure of the
soils grown onto.
