Chiara Condello is a young winemaker located in the town of Predappio in Emilia-Romagna. 100% Sangiovese from three vineyards parcels between 150m and 350m above sea level, with a north/northeast exposure. Farming is organic, stainess steel fermentation using natural yeast and aged 1 year in oak. Unmistakably Sangiovese with inspiration drawn from Tuscany. Very fresh and characterful flavours of sour red cherry, violets and tobacco. The tannic structure and concentration suggests this wine has some potential to develop. Super value for a wine of this complexity and finese.
