Bolney Estate Foxhole Brut

Bolney Estate were one of the pioneers of the English wine making scene - making sparkling wine in the South Downs in the 1970s.  The  Foxhole is a blend is 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier and 15% Chardonnay. The fruit is hand picked, cool fermented and aged on the lees in bottle for 2 years. Full of fresh green apples, apricots and a biscuity, toasty finish.
