Wine is made from 100% Rkatsiteli grape. Fermentation happens spontaneously with wild yeast and with no additives. It has full skin contact for 2 months and then aged for 6 months in a qvevri. The wine is golden amber in colour. Aromas of white cherries and pear. On the palate roasted nuts and seeds. Full bodied, balanced tannins and long finish.
Honest wine made naturally in a qvevri without any additives or intervention.
