André Robert Rose de Vignes Extra Brut NV
A chalky soil for Chardonnay, a sandy clay soil for Pinot Meunier, and chalky clay for Pinot Noir.
Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
Base 2017 - The wine is made in vats – Aging on lees. Without malolactic fermentation. Prolonged aging on lees in bottles (3 to 4 years).
Disgorged in February 2021 with 4.2 grams per liter dosage, the NV Extra-Brut Rose de Vignes derives from Montigny and Vertus. Delicate in hue, it offers up pretty aromas of peach, mirabelle plums, fresh bread and tangerine, followed by a pillowy, medium to full-bodied palate. Elegant and charming, with a bright but fleshy core of fruit and a seamless profile, it's a fine effort.
