This is multi-vintage (15,16,17) Pallagrello Bianco. Organic farmed from a tiny farm near Caiazzo, north of Naples. Fermentation is in stainless steel where the wine rested until 2020. It has deliberately been exposed to oxygen in the wine making process, which makes it taste a bit like an unfortified sherry. Green apple peel and nutty flavours.
