Strange Kompanjie Cinsault 2021

100% dry grown bush Cinsault from Paarl, in South Africa. 30% of the fruit is carbonically macerated due to some whole bunch material in the press. The juice is then allowed to ferment naturally in older French oak. Bottled fined and filtered at  very low sulphur levels. Cinsault is known for its perfume and bright summer fruit flavours.  This is particularly fresh and bright with strawberry, juicy cherry and crunchy red fruit flavours. A great value old vine Cinsault.
