Sin Gusano Tobala & Tepextate

Amazing representation of the plants involved here. Vegetal tepextate on the nose, followed by sweet and musty Tobala on the palate, before the spicy Tepextate comes back in the finish. All with the mineral salinity of the region sunning through it. Exceptionally well balanced. One for the connoisseurs.
