We've teamed up with our good friends at Trullo Restaurant to host an incredible winemaker's lunch featuring Ales Rodica from Rodica Winery in Slovenia, as well as nomadic winemaker Alex Brogan, who is making wine alongside Ales in the beautifully scenic Istrian Peninsula this year, and whose barrel-sample we will also be tasting!
This experience will match seasonal Roman game dishes with exemplary Istrian winemaking, and will include a 4 course meal (made up of 5 antipasti and 3 courses), paired with 8 Rodica Estate wines, as well as a barrel sample of Not Yet Named Co's latest release for a total of 9 wines alongside your food.
