A Carignan-Syrah blend sourced from the stony, calcareous soils of Finca Planella vineyard;s north-facing slopes. Ripe and plush, with red and black fruits and a spicy finish. Viticulture is certified biodynamic, and fermentation is with indigenous yeasts. Very little sulphur is used. 50% Carignan, 45% Syrah, 5% Grenache 75cl
