Domaine Myrko Tépus is a young winery established in 2017 on 12 hectares of 40-80 year old vines at the gateway to the Gorges du Verdon in Provence, possibly one of the most beautifully situated wineries we work with. employed a soil first approach, working meticulously with old, low-yielding vines without any chemical inputs. Winemaking is always with a gentle touch - native yeast fermentations in concrete with no heavy manipulations. 'Nitchivo', is 100% Carignan from sandstone dominant plots planted in 1962. Fermented in 600L barrels and concrete tanks before ageing in 600L barrel and demi muids for 18 months.
