Guasti Clemente Grignolino 2019

We've been working with Guasti Clemente for many years and adore their wonderfully old fashioned wines - from the taut but ethereal Barolo, to the earthy, punchy Barbera these are just fantastic wines. Grignolino is a lesser spotted grape variety, but is making a bit of a revival for people looking for a lighter Piedmont red. It’s a bit like a baby Nebbiolo. Guasti’s is from the  d’Asti denomination, wherebthe vines grow in sandy soils which lend to lighter, more perfumed wine of summer berries, herbs and spice. 750ml
