Palomino
Jerez
A fantastic Spanish Vermouth, from Jerez, which used to be a really important region in Vermouth production, but died out in the 1960s. Thanksfully it is back to popularity now. Made from Palamino and Moscatel, the grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel, then aged in barrel for around 4 years. The wine is then infused with several botanicals including wormwood, orange and lemon peel, and cloves
