Fernando de Castilla Red Vermut
A fantastic Spanish Vermouth, from Jerez, which used to be a really important region in Vermouth production, but died out in the 1960s. Thanksfully it is back to popularity now. Produced from Palomimo and Pedro Ximenez grapes. The grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel, and then aged in barrel for around 8 years. The wine is then infused with several botanicals including wormwood, orange and lemon peel, and cloves.
