80% Pinot Noir and 20% Gamay

After the vinification process, the grape juices are aged separately for 3 months in oak barrels (20% of volume production) before being assembled. This red wine features strong aromas of red berries and currants and underlines the finesse of Pinot Noir. Some of oak barrels are left to age up to twelve months, allowing them to reveal subtle wooded notes.
