Domaine Chardigny Saint Véran Vin Orange 2020

A new Burgundy estate for us!  A family estate, based in the Maconnais and run by  three brothers, the new generation of the estate. Victor, who makes the wine, has excellent experience at La Nerthe and Foradori amongst others. Jean-Baptiste the middle brother has come back into the domaine in 2019 from being the vineyard manager for the Macon vineyards of Domaine Leflaive. Pierre-Maxime takes care of the business side. Everything is fermented on native yeast, sulphite use is low and they are in conversion from organic to biodynamic certification.  The results are really classic in style.
