La Colombe Brez Grand Cru 2020

Raymond Pascal and his daughters have some of the best vineyards for growing Chasselas—Switzerland’s celebrated white grape. Their vineyards are in the Vaud region of Switzerlandd, near Lake Geneva—where they farm biodynamically

Brez is from a single vineyard in the village of Fechy, and really showcases the Chasselas grape. It’s innately subtle, a little saline, dry and relatively low in alcohol. Very refreshing. Chasselas is  also uncannily age worthy, and develops more stone fruit flavours, while still retaining its mineral profile.
